Ductwork fabricated in the manufacturing plant is shipped to the project on flat bed or enclosed trailers, depending on the shipping requirements and size of duct and fittings. For many projects, the pieces are packed into reusable wooden crates that provide protection during transit and from weather during outside storage at the jobsite. The timing of all deliveries is based on the project schedule and when ductwork is released for fabrication by the project manager. |

Trailers |
| Flat bed trailers are used for the majority of our shipments. Depending on the job specifications, we typically are able to load 12,000 to 15,000 pounds of ductwork on each flat bed. Enclosed Van Trailers are used to stack larger ductwork and fittings in order to utilize shipping space and protect the ductwork during delivery to the jobsite. |

Crates |
| When using crates our standard procedure is to cover the top of the crate with visqueen before closure, which helps to keep the ductwork clean when transported and stored on site. When project specifications require ductwork to meet a more stringent clean standard, we will line the crate with a visqueen bag, in addition to covering the top before closure. This helps to ensure the ductwork arrives to the jobsite well protected from weather elements, and remain protected until the ductwork is installed. Each crate will show a Job, Pick, and Crate Number that corresponds with the Bill of Ladings, which makes it simple to locate duct and fittings and saves our customer valuable installation time. |

Palletized Duct |
| Custom built skids are used to stack assembled fittings with the largest dimension under 30", to keep materials organized and protected when shipped. This method of shipping enables us to adjust the size of each skid load to fit within the size restrictions of every type of shipping container. |
